We've added a number of options to help you keep more control over dates in Sales Quotes and Sales Orders. Many organizations use these dates for sending. And a correct booking date is also important for the financial administration. When converting a Sales Quotation to a Sales Order, you can choose to update the Document and Work Date to the work date. It is also possible to update the Shipment Date to the working date, so that it does not remain on the "old" Shipment Date when the Sales Quotation is created. Finally, there are options that update the Posting Date of the Sales Quotation and/or Sales Order each time these documents are opened. This prevents bookings being made in an earlier (closed) booking period. How to Activate and configure

We hebben een aantal opties toegevoegd waarmee je meer grip kunt houden op datums in Verkoopoffertes en Verkooporders. Veel organisaties gebruiken deze datums om op te sturen. En daarnaast is een juiste Boekingsdatum van belang voor de financiële administratie. Je kunt er voor kiezen om bij het converteren van een Verkoopofferte naar Verkooporder, de Document- en Werkdatum bij te werken naar de werkdatum. Ook is het mogelijk om de Verzenddatum bij te werken naar de werkdatum, zodat deze niet op de "oude" Verzenddatum blijft staan ten tijde van het aanmaken van de Verkoopofferte.
