This update can be installed on a BC environment from the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center. Use Item translations from BC to Woo(#8179) Functionality has been added that allows you to use Item translations as you have them in BC; as input for your WooCommerce webshop. In Woocommerce365 you can configure per webshop whether you want to use the standard Description of Items, or the Description of a language as entered in the Item translations on the Item card. This option can be used to set up Woocommerce365 without communicating messages to Woo. This option can be used, for example, when compiling the webshop Item List in BC. Exclude article description when exporting Articles from BC to Woo(#8507) An option has been added to not export article descriptions from BC to Woo. Here you can choose between e-mail address (default option), Customer no. or Contact no. The Customer no. option can be used for B2C webshops, where each BC customer is a unique Woo customer. The Contact no. option is recommended for B2B webshops where multiple contacts of the same BC Customer are each provided with their own webshop login. Error fixed when importing Item attributes and Item attribute values(#8801) Importing a Rapidstart configuration package with data for Table woo_WebshopProdItemAttr_bbs (11294480) and/or woo_WebshopProdItemAttrVal_bbs (11294481) gave an error. This has been fixed. Please note: it may be necessary to uncheck the option “Validate fields”. Version 1.2.1.6In this version the following functionalities have been added or adjusted. This update can be installed on a BC environment from the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center. Stock updates from BC to Woo: rounding conversion to sales units(#8323) For stock updates from BC to Woo, the conversion from [quantify free inventory] to [number of sales units] is rounded down to a whole number. Example: 52 units in stock and sales in a box of 12 = 4.33 boxes available. A stock quantity of 4 units is then communicated to Woo for the sales unit “box”. Stock updates in the case of a stock of more than 999 sales units(#8345) When the inventory was more than 999 sales units, inventory updates were not always sent correctly to Woo for different combinations of localization and thousand separator. This has been resolved. Exclude Open Quantities in Stock Updates(#8347) There is a new option on the setup page “Exclude outstanding quantities”. This setting works in combination with “Activate stock updates”. When this new option is activated, in the free inventory that is communicated from BC to Woo, the inventory of the item card in BC is reduced by “Quantity in sales order”, “Quantity in service order”, “Quantity in production orders”, “Quantity in transit”, “Quantity on material lines” and “Quantity in project order”. Then this “freely available quantity” is converted to the sales units if necessary and rounded down to a whole number. Manage stock always set to False for Products of Product Type Variable(#8368) When activating stockupdates (on the Woo setup page), Products of Product Type Variable also received "manage_stock" = True, towards Woo. This ensures that the "main product" itself automatically gets a stock of 1 piece by Woo, and therefore becomes sellable in the webshop. This is not desired, the behavior has now been adjusted: Manage stock is now always set to False from BC to Woo for Products of Product Type Variable Version 1.2.1.5In this version the following functionalities have been added or adjusted. This update can be installed on a BC environment from the Dynamics 365 Business Central admin center. Woocommerce365 license management via BriteBlue License manager(#6313) From version 1.2.1.5 the license for Woocommerce365 is managed via the BriteBlue Licensemanager. This means that the management of the Woocommerce365 license is now the same as for other BC apps from BriteBlue. The BriteBlue Licensemanager page gives you a complete overview of the active BriteBlue apps on the selected BC environment.
Support for correct stock updates in combination with posting but not invoicing warehouse shipments(#7519) When posting warehouse shipments in BC, but not invoicing them (Sales order line remains open), the shipped quantity was deducted twice from the Stock update from BC to Woo. As a result, an incorrect amount of freely available stock was communicated to Woo. This has been resolved: from this version onwards, the freely available stock is calculated correctly for regular items, assembly items and variant items. Always use default customer when processing webshop orders from Woo(#7850) An option has been added to completely ignore the validation on the Woo e-mail address when determining the customer in BC. If this setting is activated, when processing the Webshop Order from Woo to BC, there will never be an attempt to link the Webshop order to an existing customer from BC. Instead, the entered Default customer will always be used (possibly per country)
Number series to be used for the BC documents to be created(#7851) Previously, Woo365 always used the default No. series as set in the sales settings of BC. On the settings page of Woo365, a No. series can now be specified that is used when creating the sales document in BC. This is useful when it is desired to use a separate No. series for Woo orders within BC.
Adjusting field lengths of Name, Billing address and Shipping address in Webshop orders in BC(#7852) The field lengths of the Name and Address fields in the Webshop orders in BC have been adjusted to 100 characters. These were previously 30 characters. As a result, it could happen that parts of long(er) Names and Addresses were lost when importing Webshop orders from Woo. By adjusting these fields to 100 characters, the field length is in line with the maximum number of characters of BC. There is one functional limitation: The "Last name" field of a contact has a maximum of 30 characters in BC. When it is configured in the Setup that new customers and contacts may be created when processing Woo orders, the last names from Webshop orders are taken over and truncated to 30 characters. (De)activating Products of the product type Variant(#8001) An error occurred when activating Products of the product type "Variation", when these Products were previously deactivated. This error has been resolved. (De)activation is (again) possible. Process stock requests from the Woo Products page(#8002) A possibility has been added to process stock requests from BC to Woo, outside of the job queue entries. This action processes all unprocessed requests of the type Stock. This option can be used when it is desired to update the stock from BC to Woo in the meantime.
When importing Webshop products from Woo, the Item Attributes import is first performed(#8045) When choosing the option “Batch processing”, “Import Products from Woo”, the import of the Item Attributes from Woo is now performed first. This prevents Webshop products from being created in BC without attributes or with outdated attributes . Option to skip transfering article descriptions to BC Documents(#8067) An option has been added to ensure that the article descriptions from the Webshop orders from Woo are not copied when processing Webshop orders to BC. This can be useful when a (commercial) product description is used in the webshop and (more) technical description is used in BC. When this setting is activated, the article description is not copied to the sales line when processing the Webshop order (Actions, Webshop, Process order). Instead, the regular article description from BC is used.
Optimization in transferring names and company names from Webshop orders to BC documents(#8091) The transfer of (Person) Name and/or Company names on Webshop orders to BC documents has been optimized. Previously, there was a chance that (Person) Names would end up twice on a BC document: as Name and as Contact. This has now been optimized. The behavior is now as follows:
Manually add webshop products and webshop customers(#8111) In BC, the Webshop Code in the list of Webshop products and Webshop customers is changeable from this version onwards. So you can manually add records to those tables and sync these records to Woo.
Fixed: Error when exporting BC Products with deleted attributes to Woo(#8161) When an Item Attribute was deleted in BC, an error could occur when exporting BC Products to Woo: “An invalid field or feature was specified for the Format property”. This error fixed.

In Woocommerce365 is per webshop te configureren of je de standaard Omschrijving van artikelen wil gebruiken óf de Omschrijving van een taal zoals ingegeven bij de artikelvertalingen op de artikelkaart. Wanneer een artikel geen vertaling heeft, wordt teruggegrepen op de standaard Omschrijving. Op deze manier kun je 1 BC bedrijf koppelen aan een Wordpress / Woocommerce multisite omgeving. Om bestaande Webshop artikelen qua Artikelomschrijving te updaten, is er een optie toegevoegd “Bijwerken artikelomschrijvingen uit BC”, waarna de optie “Update producten naar Woo” uitgevoerd kan worden om desgewenst de meest actuele artikelomschrijvingen vanuit BC naar Woo te synchroniseren. Wijzigingen in artikelkenmerken worden gepusht uit BC naar Woo(#8346) Wanneer artikelkenmerken worden aangepast en/of toegevoegd op een bestaand BC artikel wat ook een Webshop artikel is, worden deze artikelkenmerken nu meegenomen wanneer voor een bestaand artikel de optie “Exporteer artikelen naar Woo” wordt uitgevoerd. Hiermee wordt het eenvoudiger om BC te gebruiken als bronsysteem voor het beheren van artikelkenmerken. Let op: dit wordt alleen uitgevoerd wanneer op de instellingen pagina de optie “Artikel- en variantkenmerken” ingeschakeld is. Onderhoudsmodus(#8506) Met de nieuwe optie “Onderhoudsmodus” op de Instellingen pagina, worden er geen verzoeken meer aangemaakt vanuit BC naar Woo. Deze optie is te gebruiken om Woocommerce365 in te richten zonder dat er berichten richting Woo gecommuniceerd worden. Advies is om deze optie te gebruiken bij b.v. opbouw van het artikelbestand. Let op: verzoeken worden niet aangemaakt en later alsnog verstuurd. Er wordt dus geen buffer opgebouwd met berichten die na deactiveren van de “Onderhoudsmodus” alsnog verstuurd worden. Artikelomschrijving uitsluiten bij export van Artikelen vanuit BC naar Woo(#8507) Er is een optie toegevoegd om artikelomschrijvingen uit BC niet te exporteren naar Woo. Indien geactiveerd, worden de artikelomschrijvingen niet meegenomen bij het kiezen voor de optie “Exporteer artikelen naar Woo”. Deze optie kan bijvoorbeeld gebruikt worden in het scenario waarbij in BC technische artikelomschrijvingen worden gebruikt en in Woo commerciële artikelomschrijvingen. Gebruik e-mail adres van contact bij het aanmaken van de klant vanuit BC naar Woo(#8693) Wanneer handmatig een klant wordt toegevoegd in BC in “Webshop”, “Klanten”, is het mogelijk om voor de klant een contact van het soort Bedrijf of het soort Persoon te koppelen om deze te gebruiken in Woo. Vanaf deze versie kan gekozen worden om het e-mail adres van de contactkaart óf van de klantkaart te gebruiken voor het aanmaken van de klant in Woo. Hiermee wordt het mogelijk om meerdere contacten van dezelfde klant elk een eigen gebruikersnaam (en daarmee login) te verstrekken voor Woo. Verschillende mogelijkheden voor het bepalen van de gebruikersnaam bij het aanmaken van de klant vanuit BC naar Woo(#8705) Bij het handmatig toevoegen van een klant in BC in “Webshop”, “Klanten is het nu configurabel welk veld uit BC gebruikt dient te worden voor het bepalen van de gebruikersnaam in Woo. Naar wens kan hier gekozen worden voor e-mail adres (standaard keuze), Klant nr. of Contact nr. De optie Klant nr. kan toegepast worden voor B2C webshops, waarbij iedere BC klant een unieke Woo klant is. De optie Contact nr. wordt aangeraden voor B2B webshops waarbij meerdere contacten van eenzelfde BC Klant elk een eigen webshop login verstrekt wordt. Fout opgelost bij importeren Artikelattributen en Artikelattribuutwaardes(#8801) Het importeren van een Rapidstart configuratiepakket met gegevens voor Tabel woo_WebshopProdItemAttr_bbs (11294480) en/of woo_WebshopProdItemAttrVal_bbs (11294481) gaf een foutmelding. Dit is opgelost. Let op: mogelijk is het nodig om onder “Velden”, de optie “Velden valideren” uit te schakelen voor één of meerdere velden. Dit is opgelost. Uitsluiten openstaande hoeveelheden in Voorraadupdates(#8347) Er is een nieuwe optie op de setup pagina “Uitsluiten openstaande hoeveelheden”. Deze instelling werkt in combinatie met “Voorraadupdates activeren” Wanneer deze nieuwe optie geactiveerd is, wordt in de vrije voorraad die van BC naar Woo wordt gecommuniceerd de voorraad van de artikelkaart in BC verlaagd met “Aantal in verkooporder”, “Aantal in serviceorder”, “Aantal in Productie orders”, “Aantal in transit”, “Aantal op materiaalregels” en “Aantal in projectorder”. Vervolgens wordt dit “vrij beschikbare aantal” indien nodig omgerekend naar de verkoopeenheden en naar beneden afgerond op een geheel getal. Manage stock altijd op False voor Producten v/h Productsoort Variabele(#8368) Bij het activeren van voorraadupdates (op de Woo setup page), kregen ook Producten v/h Productsoort Variabele "manage_stock" = True, richting woo. Dit zorgt er voor dat het "hoofdproduct" zelf door Woo automatisch een voorraad krijgt van 1 stuks, en daardoor verkoopbaar wordt in de webshop. Dit is niet gewenst, het gedrag is nu aangepast: Manage stock wordt nu altijd op False gezet vanuit BC naar Woo voor Producten v/h Productsoort Variabele Versie 1.2.1.5In deze versie zijn onderstaande functionaliteiten toegevoegd of aangepast. Woocommerce365 licentiebeheer via BriteBlue Licensemanager(#6313) Vanaf versie 1.2.1.5 wordt de licentie voor Woocommerce365 beheert via de BriteBlue Licensemanager. Hiermee is het beheer van de Woocommerce365 licentie vanaf heden gelijk aan dat voor andere BC apps van BriteBlue. De BriteBlue Licensemanager pagina geeft je een totaaloverzicht van de actieve BriteBlue apps op de desbetreffende BC omgeving.
Ondersteuning voor juiste voorraad updates in combinatie met het wél boeken maar niet factureren van magazijnverzendingen(#7519) Bij het wel boeken van magazijn verzendingen in BC, maar niet factureren daarvan (Sales order line blijft open staan) werd het verzonden aantal dubbel in mindering gebracht op de Voorraadupdate vanuit BC naar Woo. Daardoor werd er een onjuist aantal van de vrij beschikbare voorraad gecommuniceerd richting Woo. Dit is opgelost: vanaf deze versie wordt de vrij beschikbare voorraad wel juist berekend voor zowel reguliere artikelen, assemblage artikelen als variant artikelen. Altijd standaard klant gebruiken bij het verwerken van webshop orders uit Woo(#7850) Er is een optie toegevoegd waarmee de validatie op het Woo e-mail adres volledig genegeerd wordt bij het bepalen van de klant in BC. Indien deze instelling is geactiveerd, wordt bij het verwerken van de Webshop Order uit Woo naar BC nooit geprobeerd om de Webshop order te koppelen aan een bestaande klant uit BC. In plaats daarvan wordt altijd de ingevoerde Standaard klant gebruikt (eventueel per land)
Te gebruiken Nr.-reeks voor de aan te maken BC documenten(#7851) Voorheen gebruikte Woo365 altijd de standaard Nummerreeks zoals ingesteld in de verkoopinstellingen van BC. Op de instellingen pagina van Woo365 is nu een Nr.-reeks op te geven die gebruikt wordt bij het aanmaken van het verkoopdocument in BC. Dit is handig wanneer het wenselijk is om binnen BC een aparte Nr.-reeks te gebruiken voor Woo orders.
Aanpassing veldlengtes van Naam, Factuuradres en Verzendadres in Webshop orders in BC(#7852) De veldlengtes van de Naam-velden en Adres-velden in de Webshop orders in BC zijn aangepast naar 100 karakters. Deze waren voorheen 30 karakters. Daardoor kon het voorkomen dat bij het importeren van Webshop orders uit Woo gedeeltes van lange(re) Namen en Adressen verloren gingen. Door deze velden aan te passen naar 100 karakters is de veldlengte in lijn met het maximaal aantal karakters van BC. Er is één functionele beperking: Het veld “Achternaam” van een contact kent in BC maximaal 30 karakters. Wanneer geconfigureerd is in de Setup dat nieuwe klanten en contacten aangemaakt mogen worden bij het verwerken van Woo orders, worden de achternamen uit Webshop orders overgenomen en afgekapt op 30 karakters. (De)activeren van Producten v/h productsoort Variant(#8001) Er trad een fout op bij het activeren van Producten v/h productsoort "Variation”, wanneer deze Producten eerst ge-deactiveerd waren. Deze fout is opgelost. Het (de)activeren is (weer) mogelijk. Voorraad aanvragen verwerken vanaf de Woo Producten pagina(#8002) Er is een mogelijkheid toegevoegd waarmee, buiten de taakwachtrijposten om, voorraad aanvragen vanuit BC naar Woo verwerkt kunnen worden. Deze actie verwerkt alle onverwerkte aanvragen van het type Voorraad. Deze optie kan gebruikt worden wanneer het gewenst is om tussentijds de voorraad bij te werken van BC naar Woo.
Bij importeren Webshop producten uit Woo wordt eerst de kenmerken import uitgevoerd(#8045) Bij het kiezen van de optie “Batchverwerking”, “Importeer Artikelen van Woo”, wordt nu eerst de import van de Product kenmerken uit Woo uitgevoerd. Hiermee wordt voorkomen dat er Webshop producten in BC worden aangemaakt zonder kenmerken of met niet-actuele kenmerken. Mogelijkheid om artikelomschrijvingen niet over te nemen naar BC Documenten(#8067) Er is een mogelijkheid toegevoegd waarmee de artikelomschrijvingen uit de Webshop orders uit Woo, niet overgenomen worden bij het verwerken van Webshop orders naar BC. Dit kan handig zijn wanneer op de webshop een (commerciële) productomschrijving gebruikt wordt en in BC een technische(re) omschrijving gehanteerd wordt. Wanneer deze instelling geactiveerd is, wordt bij het verwerken van de Webshop order (Acties, Webshop, Order verwerken) de artikelomschrijving niet meegenomen naar de verkoopregel. In plaats daarvan wordt de reguliere artikelomschrijving uit BC overgenomen.
Optimalisatie in overnemen namen en bedrijfsnamen van Webshop orders naar BC documenten(#8091) Het overnemen van (Persoons-)Naam en/of Bedrijfsnamen op de Webshop orders naar BC documenten is geoptimaliseerd. Voorheen was er een kans meer dat (Persoons-)Namen dubbel op een BC document terecht kwamen: als Naam en als Contact. Dat is nu geoptimaliseerd. Het gedrag is nu als volgt:
Handmatig webshop producten en webshop klanten toevoegen(#8111) In BC is de Webshop Code in de lijst met Webshop producten en Webshop klanten vanaf deze versie wijzigbaar. Zodat je handmatig records toe kan voegen aan die tabel. En deze records kan synchroniseren naar Woo.
Opgelost: Foutmelding bij exporteren van BC Producten met verwijderde kenmerken naar Woo(#8161) Wanneer een Artikelkenmerk verwijderd werd in BC kon er een fout optreden bij het exporteren van BC Producten naar Woo: “Er is een ongeldig veld of kenmerk opgegeven voor de eigenschap Format”. Deze fout wordt nu ondervangen. |
