(#4944) By default, BC allows you to send unapproved documents to your customers and suppliers when you print those, or when sending them as PDF. When your organization works with BC's approval workflow, it is not desirable to send unapproved documents to customers or suppliers without those documents being recognizable as being a concept.

You can overcome this by using the custom report layouts (RDLCs) that come with ProPack365.
If a document does not yet have the status "Released", a watermark "CONCEPT" will be shown on the printout of these report layouts. This functionality works on the Sales Quotation, Sales Order Confirmation and Purchase Order.

How to Activate and configure

The watermark functionality is built into the Custom Report Layouts below. These report layouts can be configured as desired by copying them from the “Custom Report Layouts” page (9650)

2. To work within BC with the status “Pending approval”, the standard BC workflow can be used. The standard BC workflows can be activated via the “Workflows” page (1500)

Behavior with this function activated

• If the value of the “Status” field is “Open” or “Pending Approval”, a “DRAFT” watermark will be added on the layouts as mentioned above.

(#4944) Standaard staat BC het toe dat je niet-goedgekeurde documenten kunt versturen naar je klanten en leveranciers, door deze af te drukken of te versturen als PDF
Wanneer je als organisatie werkt met de goedkeuringsworkflow van BC, is het niet gewenst om niet-goedgekeurde documenten te versturen naar klanten of leveranciers, zonder dat deze documenten herkenbaar zijn als zijnde concept.

Je kunt dit ondervangen door gebruik te maken van de aangepaste rapportlay-outs (RDLC's) die meegeleverd worden met ProPack365.
Wanneer een document nog niet de status "Vrijgegeven" heeft, wordt er een watermerk "CONCEPT" getoond op de afdruk van deze rapport lay-outs.
Deze functionaliteit werkt op de Verkoopofferte, Verkooporderbevestiging en Inkooporder.

Activeren en Configureren

1. De watermerk functionaliteit is ingebouwd in onderstaande Aangepaste rapportlay-outs. Deze rapportlay-outs zijn naar wens te configureren door deze te kopiëren vanaf de pagina “Aangepaste rapportlay-outs” (9650)

   1. Verkoop - Bevestiging / Sales Order Confirmation (11295270)

   2. Verkoop - Offerte / Sales Quote (11295272)

   3. Inkooporder / Purchase Order (11295274)
