BriteBlue licenses are managed per Business Central environment using the BriteBlue Licensemanager.
When installing a BriteBlue extension from Microsofts AppSource, the BriteBlue Licensemanager extension is automatically installed if necessary.
This extension monitors the use and management of the BriteBlue extensions. In addition, a Job Queue entry is created in the relevant Business Central environment that automatically checks every 24 hours whether there are licenses that require Renewal. | Note |

When Job Queue Entry for Codeunit 11295569 “BBS_LicenseValidation” is deleted, licenses will not be automatically renewed. Use the “BriteBlue License Manager” page to periodically renew licenses manually. |
The Job Queue entry is executed every 24 hours (1440 minutes) by default. Starting seven (7) days before a license expires, it checks daily if a new license is available for the extensions in question.  Image Added |
