How to Activate

Activate this function using the page [Wholesale365 Setup]

Behavior with this function activated

A number of fields are added to the item card:

  1. Reserved (Qty)

    1. Sum of the reservation entries of thetype “Item ledger Entry” for that item. Click to see details

  2. Special order (quantity)

    1. If you work with AutoReserve for Special Orders: Sum of the reservations of the Special Order type for that item

    2. If you do not work with AutoReserve for Special Orders: Sum of the remaining number of item entries for that item

  3. Free Inventory

    1. [Inventory at the selected Storage [Locations within the selected Locations] minus [Reserved quantity] minus [Special order quantity]

Gedrag met deze functie geactiveerd

Op de artikelkaart worden een aantal velden toegevoegd:

  1. Gereserveerd (aantal)

    1. Som van de reserveringsposten van het type Artikelpost voor dat artikel. Klik om details te zien

  2. Speciale order (aantal)

    1. Indien je werkt met AutoReserve voor Speciale orders: Som van de reserveringen van het type Speciale order voor dat artikel

    2. Indien je niet werkt met AutoReserve voor Speciale orders: Som van het resterend aantal van de artikelposten voor dat artikel

  3. Vrije voorraad:

    1. [Voorraad op de geselecteerde Voorraadlocaties binnen de geselecteerde Locaties] minus Gereserveerd aantal minus Speciale order aantal
