License Request

This article describes how to request a Production License

2. The maximum Trial period of 3 x 14 days has been reached.

   1. Request a Production license:

      1. The easiest way to request this is from Business Central;

      2. Open the “BriteBlue Licensemanager” page;

      3. Select the App for which you would like to start a Production license request;

      4. Click “Request new license” to start your request. You will be redirected to our license portal.

   2. Do you need more time for your Trial? Please contact us;

   3. If you have a valid Production License, please contact us to also obtain a license for your Sandbox.

3. De maximale Trial periode van 3 x 14 dagen is bereikt.

   1. Vraag een Production licentie aan:

      1. Dze kun je het gemakkelijkste aanvragen vanuit Business Central;

      2. Open de pagina “BriteBlue License Manager”;

      3. Selecteer de App waarvoor je een Licentie aanvraag wil starten;

      4. Klik op “Licentie aanvragen” om je aanvraag in te dienen. Je wordt hiervoor doorgestuurd naar ons licentieportaal.

   2. Heb je meer tijd nodig voor je Trial? Neem dan contact met ons op;

   3. Beschik je over een geldige Production License, neem dan contact met ons op om ook een licentie te verkrijgen voor je Sandbox.
