Using a wizard it is possible to create a transaction step by step, which is presented to the receipients for signing using Signhost technology;

Multiple verification types can be selected per transaction, based on the types implemented by Signhost and supported by the subscription type with Signhost;

Support for multiple Signing accounts, so that different departments within organizations can offer documents on behalf of their own department (multiple users are possible from the Signhost Basic subscription);

A standard Signing account can be assigned to each BC user, this account is presented to the user when creating a transaction;

Transactions can be created in batches for Contacts in BC. A transaction is created per contact; so that the status/progress per Signing Transaction can be followed. This is useful for, for example, a document that needs to be signed by all your employees;

The “Transactions” page shows an overview of all Signing Transactions so you can monitor them. This overview can (optionally) be used within workflow solutions, for example to trigger (follow-up) tasks. For example in combination with Aptean Workflow;

A transaction can also be created for PDF documents already stored in BC. Attachments can be linked to customers, for example, using drag-n-drop functionality. These attachments can then be linked when creating a transaction;

It is possible to position digital Signatures in the documents you use in the Signing transactions that are uploaded to Signhost. For example, so that you can place the signature on the last page of a contract. More information about this can be found in Signing365 Knowledge Base

Door middel van een wizard is het mogelijk om stapsgewijs een transactie aan te maken, die ter ondertekening aangeboden wordt via de techniek van Signhost;

Er kunnen per transactie meerdere verificatietypes gekozen worden, gebaseerd op de types die geïmplementeerd zijn door Signhost en die ondersteund worden door het type subscriptie wat afgesloten is bij Signhost;

Ondersteuning van meerdere Signing accounts, zodat verschillende afdelingen binnen organisaties documenten namens de eigen afdeling kunnen aanbieden (vanaf het Signhost Basic abonnement zijn meedere gebruikers mogelijk);

De pagina “Transacties” toont een overzicht van alle Signing Transacties, zodat je deze kunt bewaken. Dit overzicht kan (optioneel) binnen workflow oplossingen gebruikt worden om bijvoorbeeld (opvolg)taken te triggeren.  BIjvoorbeeld in combinatie met Aptean Workflow;

Een transactie kan ook aangemaakt worden voor PDF-documenten die reeds opgeslagen zijn in BC. Door middel van drag-n-drop functionaliteit kunnen bijlagen aan bijvoorbeeld klanten gekoppeld worden. Deze bijlagen kunnen vervolgens gekoppeld worden bij het aanmaken van een transactie;

Het is mogelijk om digitale handtekeningen te positioneren in de documenten die via transactie naar Signhost worden geüpload. Bijvoorbeeld zodat je de handtekening op de laatste pagina van een contract kunt plaatsen. Meer informatie is terug te vinden op Signing365 Knowledge Base
